OUR STORY
Our story began in 1999, when I, Matthew Edgar, founded All Seasons Lawn and Tree Care shortly after graduating from Arizona State University’s Business school. With just a truck, a trailer, and two dedicated employees, we started servicing the Phoenix Metro area. Our commitment to customer service and quality work quickly fueled our growth.
In 2013, we welcomed Dave Londen as a partner and transformed into a full-service landscape provider. Today, we offer a wide range of services including tree trimming and removal, irrigation, design-build construction, and weed control. Our success lies in the dedication and expertise of our employees, whom we proudly refer to as Team Members.
Our Team Members are the heart of our company, many of whom have been with us for over two decades. Their commitment and teamwork have led us to achieve exceptional success and maintain an outstanding safety record. We look forward to many more years of growth and success together.

Matthew Edgar:
President & CEO
Matt, who grew up in the construction and property management industry, started his first landscape/tree company in 1999. As a husband and father of two, he values family and fosters a work environment that emphasizes treating clients with care and dedication.

- Bachelor of Science from ASU; Global Business
- Master’s Degree from ASU; Construction Management

Dave Londen:
Vice President & General Manager
Dave began his landscape/tree career in Phoenix in 1983. He quickly mastered plant and tree identification, pruning, arbor care, and horticultural practices. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, golfing, and building and showing classic cars.

- University of Arizona landscape extension coursework
- Certified in Sustainable Landscape Management (SLM)

- Member of International Society of Arboriculture (ISA)
Jon Mathias:
Enhancement Manager & Arborist
Jon, an experienced nurseryman and arborist, brings extensive plant and tree knowledge to Back to Nature. His expertise covers turf conversions, planting, concrete and paver installation, synthetic turf, and creating BBQs and firepits. Outside of work, Jon enjoys camping, metal artwork, and tattoos.

- Arizona Certified Landscape Professional (ACLP) by the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association
